The stillness meditation course is an ultimate in the basics and functions of the human mind in alignment with the connection to the body when in the states of meditative consciousness. 

 This course will teach you all of the basics to developing your own personal method of reaching meditative consciousness states and what to do once you get there in order to access your subconscious mind, enabling your inner teacher to speak and bring to your awareness that which is most important for you to understand for your personal growth in the here and now.

Five simple and easy to follow steps to reach meditative states of consciousness consistently

In this section we discuss the nuance of creating a reliable and sustainable meditation practice that's all you! We also do this through understanding your own personal style of learning.

Attitude when doing anything will determine the success or failure of any undertaking. This section will teach you the correct attitudes to have in place around your meditative experience.

This section will teach you all of the fundamental practices and concepts around meditation, that will help deepen your meditative practices as well as enhance your overall lifestyle and sense of being.

This section will be a sampling of the coursework in The Chakras and Your Human Energy System Course. There will be an explanation of what your chakras are, how they work and help you, as well as guided meditations for working with and on them and their energies.

Section Nine: Meditation Tips and Tools

In this section we will discuss such topics as Finding answers through meditation, developing your awareness so that you can get your answers clearly, basic shielding, clearing and tips for getting on what to do within the meditative states.
 

Section Ten: Working through obstacles

These lessons will teach you all about the obstacles that we face in getting into the state of mediations, as well as the things that we must work through in order to further our experience. This section will include videos about Working through blocks, Thought forms and working with or against collective consciousnessObstacles and Ego Traps for meditation, and What to do about entities and invasive constructs or data
