The importance of being grounded correlates to the purpose of creating a foundation for your life that supports you fully… to find alignment in and for wellness, health and healing for whatever point you are at upon your path and journey of personal conscious evolution… for here and now and if and when it pertains to you personally fulfilling your intentions and personal purpose, the Sankalpa, and the various levels and steps of it...this being a keystone within and for the beautiful process of alignment.

Being grounded impacts your physical health for the better.  When a person is grounded fully to the Earth they are wise in a sense…because they are in tune with and aware of their physical reality as it is…connected with their physical body…and aware of and able to feel the nuance within the pains, pleasures, and experiences that their physical reality will bring to them.

Being grounded enough to be able to think clearly and to feel your emotions and physically nuanced sensations and to understand the body’s communications clearly may enable gut instincts to develop and to be honed and whetted in order to have a clear sense of innate discernment.

To discern the alignment of these inner workings internally, there is a feeling sense that may allow a feeling of bliss, alignment, and peaceful awareness that settles you… being mindful that external energies that either support, demand, push or pull in one direction or another may or may not cause or support these feelings and may be a hindrance to the discernment process.

Though there is also ample opportunity to grow within discernment, as pain is something that can also be a natural occurrence within the context of personal evolution. Although generally a communicator for something misaligned, off, or headed in a direction that could cause a disruption of flow and/or wellness, there is also the pain of growth that builds you up- such as when muscles are sore from a strong workout… this is the type of pain that tears away the restrictions of growth that withhold your strength…. And overcomes it, making way for new growth, stamina and strength to proceed. Pain- and the type of pain that you experience on a regular basis is something to pay attention to and to develop discernment within.

Being in tune with yourself, with your feelings, your personal needs... and the self-awareness to develop within your discernment…are amplified when you are grounded.
