The terms for the use of this website and our online offerings are laid out below to show respect to you as a user, client, patron, and purchaser for the sake of transparency. By using this website and participating in, supporting, or purchasing any of our online offerings we are expecting that you agree with these terms.
For all content and usage of the website: These pertain broadly to any content and all offerings on the website.
*We respect humanity and the process of evolution that we are all enabled to be a part of. Here, we value doing our best with what we know and understand and given the circumstances we face at the time. The information on this website is for general use. We do our best to research and vet all of the information placed upon this website, however will not be held liable for anything that was unknowingly inaccurate or unsuitable for your personal needs. As such, the content is subject to change and improvement. We encourage you to utilize what is a perfect fit for you personally…and to leave behind anything that doesn’t resonate with you. We all have a unique path to follow and authentic individuality is incredibly encouraged. We do not expect our programs, teachings or services to be a one-size fits all plan that will work for everyone or that it is a suitable replacement for any kind of other advice or treatment needed, but do encourage you to take responsibility for your progress within any of it and any other needs you have.

The online offerings that we provide are:
1- Online courses, programs, and challenges
*All and/or some of these are in the process of being updated, improved, and/or added to. **The final step of each one has a “Don’t complete this step”. In the past the wix platform that hosts this website has had a quirk where when a program has been completed it won’t allow you to view new content added. We add this step so that you can continue to view the new additions. If you accidentally complete it, please reach out to me and we will fix it. Support: I'm here to support you and want to see your full success in these. Please feel free to reach out to me any time with any questions you may have. Participation: Participation is up to you as an individual. All of our programs are designed to be at your own pace and the results you get from them are up to you and the time and work you put into them. Pricing: We want to be fair and equitable in all of our pricing structures and provide as much value as possible. The pricing for each individual course, program, challenge is as listed on the website. At times we may run promotions for them and either adjust pricing or have a sale. The price that you purchased it at is the price for you and no offers will be retroactively given. Pricing is subject to change as they develop and may or may not reflect what you paid for it. We do also offer special pricing for those in need or in financial hardship which can be requested via direct communication with DBA Kendra Soleil at universityofconsciousevolution@gmail.com. Refund Policy: Refunds are not granted for the purchase of courses, programs and challenges. If you are unsure about whether they are a good fit for you personally please reach out! I’m happy to answer any questions you might have. ***At times we may choose to either end or archive a course/program/challenge. If you have not received the full benefit of what you have paid for should this occur, please reach out and a suitable replacement and/or option to download the previous content will be given. ****From time to time, we may send out a feedback form around your experiences with the course/program/challenge. The purpose for these are not to check up but to check in. Your response is not required but any feedback you are willing to provide on either a personal basis or for our marketing needs are valued. If you do not want to receive these just let me know. Comments that we use for marketing will only be used with your consent and may be anonymous if you prefer.
2- Free content, blogs, and other promotional content/teachings
*All and/or some of these are in the process of being updated, improved, and/or added to and are subject to change and improvement. Usage: Free and promotional tools and content are intended to be for personal use only. Participation: Participation is up to you as an individual. All of our programs are designed to be at your own pace and the results you get from them are up to you and the time and work you put into them. Comments: Any comments on the blog, our YouTube channel, or Social Media accounts that are not holistically uplifting and supportive to the conscious evolution and collective upleveling of humanity for those that may enjoy these will be removed. We always value your constructive feedback! Sharing: Please feel free to share links to the blog and to reshare our social media content in healthy and/or supportive ways to our company. Mailing List and Marketing: You may request for your information to be removed from our mailing list(s) or the website at any time and your requests will be addressed promptly.

We believe in the power of energy healing to empower, to clear, to heal, to balance, and to uplift and would love to share these gifts of healing with you. These beautiful practices are intended to support and supplement any other healing needs you may have and are not a replacement for any other needs for advice or treatment you may have. Use: These sessions are intended for the individual person that requests these only and are not to impede upon anyone’s will or privacy. *All of these services will be until further notice, held online and performed either via Zoom, phone or text according to your needs and privacy requests. These will not be recorded unless upon request and completion of a session recording consent form. Scheduling Conflicts: I value your time and energy and expect this is reciprocal. If either of us have a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment I would hope that this can be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice except in the case of an emergency. Refunds are not given for missed appointments. In the case of an emergency we will reschedule for a better time. Pricing: Pricing is listed on the website and is subject to change according to schedule, demand and standards of value according to the economy and fair market value. At times promotional rates will be offered for a specific time or purpose. Payment: Payments are to be made in full prior to the appointment date. Client Confidentiality: Your privacy and dignity are a top priority. Any information that you share with me will be held in the strictest sense of privacy and compassion. Any records of our sessions will be retained with secure measures in place in order to ensure the continuity of our work together, to track progress, and for any legal purposes. You have a right to any of these records. They will be deleted upon request and/or within 6 months of when our work together is terminated. Any information that is required to be reported by law for the health and safety of all involved will be handled accordingly. **My health as a healer is also a top priority in this work so that I can remain available and active for others that are in need of these services and other parts of my life. It is requested that through the duration of our work together that any hard substances and alcohol are avoided.
6- Material products via the gift shop
We handcraft some and use carefully chosen partners for the distribution of material products for your health and wellness; meditation, discernment and focus tools and home ambience; and other clothing and gifts for you to express yourself and to love others with. The partners we work with are listed below. Our current partners are: Printful.com. *Products that are distributed by printful are those that have been lovingly designed by DBA Kendra Soleil either by hand and/or with the legal use of Canva or a combination of these. You can view Printful’s refund/return policy here: https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014006840-What-is-Printful-s-return-and-refund-policy Returns and refunds: If a product you purchase from us directly is damaged or defective you may reach out for a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available in a timely manner. We will cover shipping of a replacement and the return shipping of the defective product up to $10. Products purchased that are delivered through our partners are subject to their return and refund policy.
Community
If and when a participant on the website should in any way violate these terms or are disrespectful to the path of conscious evolution and/or another’s rights upon the platform or are misleading about or malefic in their intent for their participation here we reserve the right to remove said member without refund where applicable.
