Empowerment Session with Kendra Soleil Does your sense of empowerment need a boost? Let’s dig through the solar plexus and see where you can rebuild a sense of personal and self-esteem. During this session we will discover what is blocking you from experiencing the personal empowerment that is intrinsic to you and discuss ways to work on it. This session may or may not include leading you through a guided meditation. Thanks for being here and I look forward to working with you.
